Design planning for renovations, builds, & transformative interiors

Using The KND Method, I help homeowners create cohesive, functional, contractor-ready spaces with clarity before construction begins.

A clear process for clients who want more than pretty finishes

The KND Method is designed for homeowners who want clarity before construction begins. Instead of trying to piece together layouts, finishes, and contractor decisions on your own, I guide you through a thoughtful design planning process that brings cohesion, function, and confidence to your project.

  • Layout planning
Thoughtful space planning that improves flow, function, and the way your home works day to day.

  • 3D visualization
See the space come together before execution begins, so decisions feel clear and intentional.

  • Contractor-ready clarity
Move forward with drawings, selections, and a plan that supports more accurate pricing and smoother execution.

How The KND Method Works

The KND Method is my signature design planning process for homeowners who want a cohesive, functional, contractor-ready space before moving into execution. From early ideas to final drawings and finish selections, each step is designed to bring clarity, confidence, and direction to your project.

1. Inquiry
Start by filling out the inquiry form and sharing a bit about your space, your goals, and what you’d like to accomplish.

2. Alignment Call
We connect to discuss your project in more detail and walk through a personalized intake process.

3. In-Home Consultation
We review your space in person, clarify the recommended scope, and confirm the design direction and investment.

4. Measure + 3D Model
A professional measure team documents your space, and I use that information to build an accurate 3D model of your home.

5. Layout Development
We refine the layout and overall design direction to ensure the space feels both functional and cohesive.

6. Drawings + Finish Selections
Once the layout is approved, I prepare the drawings and guide the finish selection process so everything works together intentionally.

7. Final Design Package
You receive a completed design package with the drawings, visual direction, and finish schedule needed to move into contractor pricing and execution with confidence.

Kendra Noelle Design is rooted in the belief that a well-designed space should do more than look beautiful — it should support the way you live, move, and feel within it. Through a thoughtful balance of function, flow, and finish direction, I help homeowners bring clarity to renovations, builds, and transformative interior projects before execution begins.

With a background that blends interior design, project coordination, and a strong understanding of how spaces need to function in real life, my work is guided by both vision and practicality. The goal is always to create spaces that feel cohesive, intentional, and deeply aligned with the people living in them.

Every project begins with understanding how you live and what your space needs to support. The result is not just a beautiful home, but a clear, personalized design direction that helps you move into execution with confidence.

Kind Words

— Amanpreet P, Edmonton

“We own a construction business specializing in basement development and similar projects, and Kendra has been an incredible help. She assisted us with creating blueprints and connected us with an engineer so we could get our plans approved and move forward with the city.

She has been amazing — always available, always supportive, and always going above and beyond. Kendra has an outstanding eye for design and organization, as well as a kind and grounded presence. We recommend her 100%. Thank you, Kendra. We can’t wait to work with you again on future projects.”
